About the Speaker
Dr. Mehdi Triki is an expert in Food Safety and has a PhD in Food Science and Technology. He is specialized in food registration, regulation, and stakeholder engagement. At the Ministry of Public Health – Qatar, he has contributed to major achievements such as the Watheq System, ISO 17020 certification, and the implementation of the third-party inspection approach. He also played a role in the PHAB certification of the Food Safety Department and participated in the WHO Joint External Evaluation Mission of Qatar.
